David Hall
Creative Director
David is a multi-awarding winning producer, format creator, and television executive, who has produced high profile TV shows including the recently rebooted ‘Deal or No Deal’ for ITV, ‘The Chase’, ‘Countdown’, ‘Location, Location, Location’, ‘Pride of Britain’, ‘Naked Attraction’, ‘Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’, ‘The Greatest Dancer’, ‘The Paul O’Grady Show’, and ‘This Morning’.
During his time at SYCO Entertainment he consulted on global formats including ‘The X Factor’ and the ‘Got Talent’ franchise.
David has a track record of writing, creating, and producing shows that have achieved record ratings, increased commercial revenues and led to international success.
He is a qualified journalist who is the recipient of a BATFA, an RTS, two NTAs, a Broadcast Award, a Campaign for Racial Equality Award, and a New York Film Festival Award.
David has a reputation for building strong relationships with major UK talent including Simon Cowell, Bradley Walsh, Paul O’Grady, Stephen Mulhern, Anne Robinson, Richard and Judy, Ashley Banjo, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer, Carol Vorderman, Alan Titchmarsh, Anna Richardson and Michael Ball.

Nadia Dyer-Collins
Head of Development
Nadia is an accomplished Series Producer with strong development skills having co-created and produced ITV’s highest rating new gameshow of 2020, ‘Rolling In It’, and most recently developed and Series Produced the second series of ‘Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win’ for ITV.
Former Head of Development at Hello Dolly following 6 years at Over the Top Productions & Syco Entertainment under the guidance of Simon Cowell and Nigel Hall; harnessing ideas, producing sizzles and play-along presentations and pitching to commissioners and talent.
Nadia has a solid 15-year history in Games, Studio and Edit Producing conceiving smart ideas to fit formats, tell stories and deliver big moments.
She has great working relationships with some of the UK’s biggest talent including Ant & Dec, Stephen Mulhern, Bradley Walsh, Paul O’Grady, Paddy McGuinness and Richard & Judy.
Nadia joined Moon&Back Media in January 2023.
